The young people can live by any means. They are physically fit, so they are able to work.

The disabled manage to live on state subsidies. Disabled people can even get extra points when they want to get a job.(It is not easy for them to get a job, though.)

So mainly poor old people are a big problem. They live in the slums of the city and live as frugal as possible. They make money by recycling scraps or bottles.

Or they participate in a simple labor program organized by the government

There are two big categories of the poor people in Korea.

First, the poor who are born as poor.

首先一種，是生來就是窮人。

Second, the poor who are not born as poor but later become poor. especially, house poor, car poor etc..

第二類不是生來貧窮，而是后來（在生活的重壓下）變得貧窮。比如缺少房屋、沒有汽車等等。

The most of poor people in Korea do not want to take any responsibility on this poor situation. They rather put this to others. other people or government or north Korea or Vietnam, or whatever,
Those people, that why, are usually angry and not satisfied at all. So, they usually do something bad. Criminals, like scam, fraud, murders, violence etc..

在韓國，大多數(shù)窮人不愿對這種貧困的狀況承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。他們寧愿把這件事歸咎于他人，比如政府，朝鮮，越南，或者別的什么。這就是為什么他們通常都一副很憤怒的樣子，對各種東西都不滿意。所以他們通常選擇做成為一個罪犯去做壞事，如欺詐、誆騙、謀殺、訴諸暴力等等。

Yes, what I am very sure is that weak people do not mean that they are poor. Most of Poor people are never good. Especially in Korea yes.

They are more greedy and searching for lust. They never try to learn new things. They never try to work harder. They never try to know themselves. Although most of problems you get are caused by yourself. This is true.

他們更貪婪，追尋內(nèi)心的欲望。他們從不嘗試學(xué)習(xí)新東西，從不嘗試著努力工作，從不嘗試著去了解自己。生活中遇到的大部分問題其實(shí)都是他們咎由自取，這是事實(shí)，伙計。

Even, rich people in Korea, who just got jackpot by property or lands whose price was increased dramatically, are also almost the same. So, many of them fall down easily and became poor. Yes, Easy come, easy go. Simple fact, but they do not understand this.

甚至那些在貧窮時中了大獎或土地升值而致富的韓國有錢人也一樣。因此，他們中的許多人很容易跌倒而變得貧窮。是的，來的快的東西去的也快。這都是簡單的事實(shí)，但他們不明白這一點(diǎn)。

Well, the life as poor in Korea is not so different from the poor in other countries. But, they in Korea are more in extreme anger and they think that their poverty comes from you.
My advice.

If you are going to live in Korea, you rather watch out such poor people including house poor, car poor, etc.. who usually have poker face and boast themselves as rich.

If you’re poor, you’re likely to be working hard just to survive. You will be working with poor labor conditions with not much prospect for improvement. You probably didn’t get a good educational degree and that’s why you’re still poor. You’re labeled as stupid if you don’t have a good degree.

Your children will probably end up being poor as well, with reduced opportunity for higher education.
It might mean that you will have to borrow money from illegal sources, and then you will become a slave of the loan sharks.

The society does not see you as a victim but rather they will see you as dirty, stupid and a loser. They will tell you that you didn’t work hard enough. You will be stigmatized. You are ‘untouchable’. While in fact, you have worked your ass off. The system is partly to blame. Unfortunately, Koreans as a whole are not very nice to the unfortunate.
