1. Variety of experience - there exist dozens of beer types and thousands of different beers. If trying something new for the simple experience of it is a worthy reason, beer is a great choice because of the large number of tastes available at relatively low cost.
2. History and Lore - beer is an old tradition (which has gained tremendously in popularity in the last decade) and brewed all over the world. Becoming a beer drinker can open up your world and teach you to appreciate the story behind different beers from different places, and deepen your cultural understanding. Many cities with strong beer culture have over a dozen craft breweries. In some smaller cities, the good brewery may be among the best local attractions, but you would not think of visiting if you are not a beer drinker. Sometimes having a good beer sextion is a noticeable strength of a good restaurant, but if you are not a beer drinker, this point would be lost to you when you dine there (this is of course typically more common with wines).
3. Socializing - drinking alcohol of any kind is good for socializing but again, for the reason of its lower cost, beer is more easily affordable for more people than wine or liquor.
You move closer your nose to the beer and smell it, trying to find its scents. You can find such pretty scents as honey, flowers, coffee, chocolate, banana, but also - if it comes to a bad produced or kept beer - iron,
Then comes the best part. You sip some beer and try to figure out the taste that comes at your tongue. Than, just after the first sip you must breathe out the air to feel even more scents, that were hard to recognize at the “nose step”. After that you can drink normally, being happy you know the beer of your choice.
Of course all this it matters what kind of drinking you like, because when you are trying to get boozed, these steps doesn’t matter, so you can buy cheaper beer and still be “happy” (and got a strong hangover).
I used to love being the first person in the pub. I would read the paper or play pool, watch the distant outside world happening and wait to see which delinquent would be the next to step out of the sunlight into the Welly’s gloomy interior.
The first beer is always the livliest tasting, the one that makes you utter a satisfied “aaahhhh” under your breath after the first sip has trickled down your throat.
English pubs are one of the fondest memories of my youth but they’ve changed beyond recognition in recent years.
Gone are the pool tables. The smoky air has gone leaving smokers huddled outside “at least 2 meters from the entrance, gentlemen”. Gone are the characters. There are no modern-day Peter O’Tooles rubbing shoulders with market traders, theatre staff and local mobsters in Soho’s Coach and Horses.
Chains of sterile, characterless cafés have replaced the pubs (unless the golden arches got there first). “Drink sensibly” the beer ads now have to tell us but there’s no warning in Starbucks telling you to “consume very infrequently” the 600 calorie Java Chip Frappuccino.
Becoming overweight and diabetic is fine as long as you don’t achieve this through alcohol.
Now I can only reminisce about the pubs of my younger years.
Nowadays, the first beer of the day is a rarity for me. As rare as the kind of pubs which provided a home from home for me.
I wonder why they fell from grace.
And above all, I wonder how I could hit a pool ball so straight at 4 o’clock, many beers after my first.
At least my liver is starting to like me again.
I honestly can admit that I like to drink beer, I think and find it tasty, although some people do not tolerate the taste of beer at all. In the World there are many varieties and types of this drink, I like German beer, it is real, high-quality, lively.
Small amounts of B vitamins are contained in beer: thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), mesoinositol (B8), cyanocobalamin (B12) and niacin (B3) . It also contains folic acid (B9) and its derivatives (folates). Vitamins pass into beer from malt, in which they are actively formed during the germination of barley grains and stored during frying. A divine drink when you sit in a restaurant with sea or ocean views, enjoy the scenery and sip a cold beer.
The health benefits of beer: Following are 3 scientifically proved reasons why you should drink beer!
1. Beer keeps your kidneys healthy. A Finnish study singled out beer among other alcoholic beverages, finding that it was better for your kidneys. In fact, each bottle of beer you drink reduces the risk of developing kidney stones by 40%.
2. Beer can increase your vitamin B levels. Beer contains several B vitamins (B1, B2, B6 and B12). A Dutch study found that beer drinkers had 30 percent higher levels of vitamin B6 than their non-drinking counterparts, and levels that were twice as high as those of wine drinkers. Beer is also a generous source of vitamin B12, an anti-anaemic factor not found in many foods.
3. Beer reduces your risk of a heart attack. Beer drinkers have a 40 to 60 percent reduced risk of suffering a heart attack compared with non-beer drinkers"
啤酒含有多種維生素B(B1、B2、B6和B12)。

This is not a joke except that it may be the carbonation that does the taste or something in the Beer.
My hypothesis is that beer shouldn’t be drunk only or mostly with your mouth..You let the golden beverage pour down the throat and you taste, almost eat, the beer with your throat and let the stomach taste the rest. It will remove some of the strong taste and the breadish flavours will maximize and rise up through your nose. Only a gentle taste will affect the palate itself.
Sidenote; What does Milk taste like ?
Only swedish people know. The only product that to the fullest extent brings forth the full and rich taste of ordinary cow milk is swedish caviar on crispbread. It is extremely salty to the palate and milk tastes like heaven afterwards. It only works with swedish caviar.
Remember the rule: Find the alcoholic beverage you like, sip it slowly and enjoy every sip!
Getting into “chugging contests” and “drinking games” is never a good idea. You don’t prove “manhood” by showing how much booze you can drink.
Since the “normal” human body can process about one “normal” drink per hour, you want to make the sipping of each beer last about an hour.
You then need to open your mouth enough to pour it in and then make sure you swallow it completely.
Repeat these steps til no more beer comes out of the bottle, can or a frosty mug.
It’s also better if you are in a position where your head is elevated enough for gravity to drain the beer from your mouth to your stomach.
