(A) Your ability to get yourself out of a problem is a display of the strength of your character.
(B) How quickly are you able to get yourself out of the problem is a display of your mental clarity.
Most people are bad at (A).
They get into a problem (usually through their own actions & decisions).
They blame everyone around them for putting them in that position.
Then they go on a spree to avoid that situation instead of trying to solve it.
Avoiding how the problem makes you feel can delude you to an enormous extent.
Even fewer people can do (B).
So they haven't done the practice to problem-solve.
Hence they cannot come up with solutions to their own problems quickly enough.
The way you train yourself is to:
First, stop running away from your problems
Second, to see the problems for what they are (& not more)
Third, to actively try to come up with real solutions
首先,不要逃避你的問題;
第二,了解問題的本質(zhì)(而不是更多);
第三,積極嘗試提出真正的解決方案;

Try to find solutions quickly.
Note: Running to your best friend or parent or sibling shouldn't be your go to "problem-solving" move.
Sure, take help if you really need it.
But work through self-reliance.
Don't rob yourself of developing your own skills.
And most importantly, believe in your innate intelligence to show you the way.

試著快速找到解決方案;

There are two boys of different ages????. They are playing badminton. Whenever the two of them play match, it's easy to predict who the winner might be because the elder one is trained player??. The younger boy is defeated continuously and starts to lose interest in the game??.
Now,
The older boy has a problem! He has nobody to play the game with.
Instead of playing a game of competition, he agreed to play a game of cooperation. He helped younger boy?? to master game.
That way the older boy is helping the younger boy learn the game better, the elder one found a solution to his problem as well.??
?? Here, The efficiency of Problem Solving is dependent on how your mind represents any problem that you face.
The elder boy understood the wrong attitude and restructured the problem that he was facing. This is how representation of any problem works in mind.
??Try to analyse,
The problem deeply and see if there is any other way to represent the problem, it creates space that helps you understand the problem in a new light. You might surprise yourself when you realize that the problem that you are facing has a very simple solution.???
The answer is in your question…you train to get skills. Practice is all you can do.
Pick up problems and try to solve them. If you fail, pause briefly to see if you understand why and what you could have done better. Then move on and pick the next problem. If you succeed, pick more difficult problems. Rinse and repeat. Do not dwell on the part where you think you were a failure…you did not fail but you got learning and experience.
In some cases, you may not understand the problem well. So prepare yourself until you understand the problem itself…no point trying to solve problems you do not understand. Many of us spend more time on learning or explaining the problem than making decisions...that is also a problem solving skill.
This is an excellent question and an excellent skill to continually improve. I would recommend the following steps:
1. Be aggressive about problem solving - the first step is that you have to WANT to solve problems. You have to be aggressive about actively looking for problems to solve and not waiting around until they find you. So Attitude is first thing to examine and revise if necessary.
2. Be tenacious about problem solving - Edison took more than 700 times (some say 1000) to solve the problem of the light bulb. He did not look at this as failure, just eliminating ways that failed.
3. Be methodical about problem solving - don't rush to a solution. Think about it, understand the mechanics of the situation, look at the problem from multiple perspectives - and then the solution usually appears.
4. Read everything you can about particular problems, general problems, and how others solve problems.
5. When troubleshooting a problem, change only one thing at a time. You are trying to find cause and effect so you only manipulate one variable at a time.
Hope that helps!

Switch between focus and diffused modes: Focus on the problem. Understand the intricacies. Stop focusing on the problem now. Make it run in the background. Solution comes to you when you expect it the least.
Define the problem: Most of the times the problems are vague. If the problem is not clear, there is no way to arrive at a solution. The example of such a problem is this question itself. You want to increase your problem solving ability. But what is the end result you want from it? What are the exact problems you want to solve? What is the level to which you want to solve problem?
What is your current problem solving ability?
What is your desired problem? solving ability?
What kind of problems do you solve easily?
What sort of problems do you have trouble with?
At which point of problem solving do you give up?

Based on your weakness, what are the efforts you are willing to put in?
How much time can you afford to build those skills?
In what length of time, do you want to build those skills?
What kind of external help do you need to achieve that?
Keep looking for problems: I was an avoider of problems all my life until recently. I missed out on a lot of learning because of that. If you want to learn faster, embrace every problem. Greater the number of problems you face, the quicker you can solve problems.
Solve a problem a day: Do problem solving on a daily basis. It expands your mind.
Learn from how others solve their problems: You? might already know how to solve a problem. But there might be someone else who has a different way to do the same. Their way might be better or worse. Either way it is a learning.

Elegance is like wisdom, it comes after much practise and experience. First you need knowledge, and the skill to apply it.
You can’t solve a problem that you don’t truly understand, so that’s the first step. Know the goal(s) and the constraint(s). Forget about the computer, for the moment and just understand what you’re trying to accomplish and how that can be done. Break it down into tasks.
Then match your knowledge of the tools to your knowledge of the tasks at hand. As you gain that experience you’ll begin to see (imagine) solutions as you define the tasks. This is what I would call tactical problem solving.
With enough experience at the task level you’ll begin to see the bigger picture, earlier. When you reach the point that you start seeing the solutions as you’re learning the problem, that’s when you reach the strategic level.
As you start to see your options at this higher level, you can make smarter choices about the tactics you’ll employ. That’s when you begin gaining the experience to be elegant.
Now, I’ve just answered this question using the techniques I just described. I didn’t even know what I was going to say, but I broke down the problem into the initial steps based on my experience.
I’ll leave it to you to decide if it’s elegant or not ;)
Here are a few things that help me to solve problems: (I have had a pretty good rate of solving problems)
a. Let go off your SELF when you start to investigate a problem: Letting go of SELF means letting go of biases and prejudices, Fear, Greed, Ego, Jealousy, Anger, Need for Appreciation...etc etc. While this is not easy and will take practice, you will notice that this step will help you to look at the problem in an impartial manner and not ignore any facts due to your personal biases and prejudices.
b. Never Mix Investigation part of problem with Execution part: If your mind is burdened by the Execution part or How you will execute the solution then you will most probably not be able to investigate the problem thoroughly. Completely let go off Execution part. Do not even let your mind go into the Execution part of solution when investigating a problem. You will go where ever your investigation takes you and arrive at factual conclusions and solution no matter how improbable the solution may seem.

d. Be prepared to learn new tools and technologies based on what the problem dictates. Do not force a tool or technology or solution on a problem. Let the problem guide you and be honest with the problem.
e. If someone is communicating the problem to you then they can inject their own biases/prejudices/lack of skill into the process. I always completely analyze every step on my own and do not trust even the person who is explaining the problem to me. Several times I have found that they had an incorrect understanding of the problem.
f. Never be scared to work hard. Put in as much time as it requires to investigate the problem. If you do not have the time then you can make a conscious decision to not solve the problem but do not cut corners. Cutting corners and avoiding hard work is as good as not solving the problem.
If you honestly investigate the problem, it will speak the solution to you and you will fall in love with the problem/solution. Now once you arrive at the solution, you may find out that you need a work around or you don't have the budget to implement the solution or some other constraint in implementation and you can decide on the execution plan based on your circumstances but you will always arrive at the solution.
Practice is the only solution. Look for problems on the internet or get yourself some books. Don't give up on the problem till you get to the solution regardless of how much time it takes. Try different approaches, write down anything that comes to your mind but do not stop trying.
All the wrong approaches that you might take will certainly help you in some other problem. This is how you learn. And if you chose to look at the solution straightaway, all you get to know is a specific way of solving a specific problem.
Also, the satisfaction you get on solving the problem yourself will encourage you to solve more problems. So, just make sure you do not cease making an effort.
I would suggest that you try to rely upon your IMAGINATION more than what you learned in school, or even on the job.
ALL the greatest minds relied upon their imagination, unbound by convention and social pressures, to arrive at interesting and fundamental discoveries.
Above all else, ITERATE. That is to say, try this novel thing and discard it when you see the problems with it, and rebuild as new.
DO NOT let social boundaries stop you. Both iteration and the problems with social boundaries are illustrated here:
Build a tower, build a team
Know the problem . It means you have to identify what is the problem nature , what it is asking .The nature of a particular problem which can be clearly distinguished can be solved. Handling the problem with an ease is an art .The very first step in developing the skills of problem solving is to learn how to look at every problem. Identify nature of the problem .break down the question into different parts . When we break down a question into smaller parts , then you won't find it difficult and hard , and it will gonna become easy for you to solve that question.
Now FOR JEE (or any other exams )if you want to be pro at problem solving then you need a lot of practice . A practice helps you to tackle the problem with an ease .
Practice increases your speed with accuracy. Practice is the only way to develop your problem solving ability. Also don't be afraid of big question. Breakdown the question into smaller elements and you will find that solution is very easy.
Hope it helps.
Any queries, you can ask in comment section or you can message me .
Taking action, sitting around waiting for the best method to arrive doesn’t do you any good. Know what the problems are and start tackling them one by one or a few at a time if you have help. Brainstorming helps, mathematics helps, logic helps, imagination and intuition helps— these are just tools in your Arsenal though and until you take that risk nothing will change. Also, keep problems as simple as possible. What I mean is; some problems are very complex and difficult to understand, analyze and do your best to grasp the situation but don’t over complicate things. It will only make a solution more difficult to achieve. Difficult problems should still be kept as simple as possible, like simplifying in an equation or a fraction, keep it to a minimum that way you’re not scattered everywhere. Your mind only has so much bandwidth and simplicity is key.
A problem is half solved if you ask the right question, while a wrong one could create even more problems. Any problem has a reason that makes it a problem, if you want to solve it then your first step is to understand why it happens. Instead of getting to the 'what' and 'how' parts, ask 'why' first.
Understanding the root cause of a problem can give you the right approach, the rest is just to figure out how you would solve the problem. With a wrong approach, you still may can solve it but not completely and that will create additional problems aftermath.
Whenever I have to solve something, here's what I do step by step:
1. Why is there a problem? - Getting to the root cause.
2. How can it be solve? - Lay out some options & plans.
3. What is the best way to do it? And why? - Narrow down to the best option.
4. Follow the plan.
If you get to solve the problem but it's not perfect then repeat at step 2. If everything goes wrong then repeat the whole process.
