It’s not clear that NASA has any reason to go to the moon now. We know where the moon is, we have samples of its rocks, why would a publicly funded space agency keep sending missions there? It’s far more likely that Elon Musk will send some teslas there and set up a low-gravity driving school…. or more likely… start a mining operation to bring in some income offsetting the costs and effort of flying there.

At this point, there is no telling. While they’ve been directed by the current administration in the White House to go back and land astronauts on the Moon by 2024, NASA has not received the commensurate increase in budget necessary to even attempt pulling something this ambitious off.
If I were to guess? No sooner than 2030. I suspect that the Chinese or some other country will accomplish this before NASA does. It may even be a private corporation that pulls it off sooner.

If the question is can NASA go to the moon soon. Then the answer is definitely yes.

Answer: NASA cannot go to the moon or any other celestial body with human beings. NASA does not have the funding and hasn’t had the funding since their last Apollo mission. Go and research NASA funding over the years. Go and research how much of NASA money is spent by percentage to just take car...

When are we going back to the moon?
Humans are going back to the Moon for sure but there is no correct answer to when.
NASA is planning to land on Moon again with a public-private partnership. But I don't think it will be so soon as they have many other projects like Mars landing ahead of all.
Indian space agency ISRO is also working hard to reach Moon. They are going to launch an unmanned mission in few years which is going to be very important for future manned missions.
So at this point of time, no one can say that when we are going to Moon but it's certain that we will.

Will NASA return to the moon?
This cannot be ruled out, but circumstances during the 1960’s, the decade during which the commitment to land men on the moon was made, and then carried out, were very different from today. In 1946, the US national debt was 120% of GDP, but 1947–47 were years during which the federal budget was in surplus, and there were four surpluses during the 1950’s. In those days, the highest marginal tax rate was 91%, the government was adequately funded, and the national income was shared much more evenly and fairly than today. By 1960, the surpluses and economic growth had reduced the debt to 54% of GDP.

As President Kennedy took office, unemployment was the highest since the war. to get the economy moving, he implemented across the board tax cuts, which reduced the highest marginal tax rate to 75%. This brought revenue and budget outlays roughly into balance, with small deficits. This provided stimulus which spurred economic growth but because the economy was growing much faster the national debt (which continued rising in the dollar amount) the debt continued falling as a percentage of GDP, and the growth of tax revenues outstripped the growth of the cost of servicing the debt. This is what made it possible for the USA to afford the expenditure necessary to fund the Apollo Program.

Additionally, the 1970 deadline meant that the whole program of research and development would be carried out during two presidential terms, lessening the chances that the program would be stalled by a decision to slash funding.
Today, the USA has seen forty years of mostly decline, where, except for 1993–2001, disastrous policies centred on tax cuts the country couldn’t afford, have shifted the distribution of the national income in favor of the rich, leaving steadily declining living standards for most other people. The national debt is now 128% of GDP and continuing to rise, and the trade deficit is $964 Billion. The cost of servicing the debt is currently $394 Billion, more than 10% of budget outlays.

Science may well try to present us yet another hoax, but this time every pre-school child will be able to tell it’s a lie, since nowadays even young children understand much about computer technology, so they can tell the difference between what is real and what is computerized. And that especially since children are not yet “hypnotized” the way most adults are, so the children can see what adults can’t, because the former’s minds are not “blocked up” like the minds of the latter.

First of all they did actually go to the Moon. There are mountains and mountains of proof to verify that. Secondly why on Earth do you equate not going back with the possibility that they never went there to begin with? That makes absolutely no sense. Let's say you visited some other country for vacation. If you don't go back time and time again to that same country is that evidence that you never went to begin with?

It took a whole lot of money and a whole lot of effort to get NASA could not do both I continue to Apollo program and the space shuttle at the same time. They chose to go the space shuttle route.as it turns out they are now building the space launch system which will return people to the Moon.

If NASA really went to the moon, how come they have not gone back there?
Simple. Ignore the mad ramblings of conspiracy theorists. It just comes down to MONEY.
The US had won the race to the moon. There was little more to gain from more moon-shots, so why spend large sums of money going back there? Politicians have better things to do with such huge sums. I’m sure lining their pockets isn’t one of them.
