Better to stay in your own country rather than being a second grade citizen elsewhere. Those who require a better quality of life, more safety, or other personal benefits which is lacking in your country then better to migrate permanently.

Indian’s coming to US are quite talented and the US knows about this. Thanks to the somewhat merit based immigration system. Also, Indians are the least dangerous people in the US and also speaks good English. Canada on the other hand with their broken immigration system ends up receiving the bottom half of the Indian population.
