The United States is vast and varies so much from place to place. Just like anywhere there is so much to see and do that it would take a lifetime. Many people come to visit the National Parks because they are all so different. There is so much beauty and diversity in the USA that people are drawn to. Every region you visit is like being in a separate country almost. It really is an amazing place.

I have already been to the US once while on my trip to Canada. The only place I visited was New York (Manhattan). In my next trip, i wish to go to California (My sister lives there in walnut creek) as well as few other places.

Other reasons would be to attend college on a student visa and maybe to see how much worse it is in terms of gun violence and lack of health care compared to their home country where they can really appreciate how much better their home country is and to see how over rated the U.S. is

I love traveling the US, it is such a beautiful experience.
I spent three months hitchhiking coast to coast and living on the road two years ago and I loved it so much I went back for another three months. It’s a fabulous country with beautiful people, despite what the media may have you think. I’ve met the most interesting and diverse range of people on my travels through the US and I wouldn’t trade the experiences for the world.
If you’re into hitchhiking, I’d highly recommend giving it a shot. People are more than happy to help you, waiting times aren’t as long as online reports say and it’s an all-round fabulous experience.
I would definitely be open to going back, though we’ll see where the road takes me.
