They’re already building their own commercial airplanes, - check out the Comack - they are the largest consumer of EV’s in the world and manufacture many of them in their own plants with some even more sophisticated than Teslas. They can’t make some of the chips they need but are quickly catching up. They are going to have to add new items to their list if they want a challenge for 2030.
