I'm Pakistani and since our national language is Urdu, we canunderstand hindi as well as they are kinda similar in speaking. Now theperson here wasn't telling the driver to scam you or charge u triplethe amount as he normally would, From what he says, it is quite clear
that he's trying to explain the address to where you are to be taken. Iconsider it my duty to tell right from wrong even if an enemy commitsright, then it must be acknowledged. Even if its supposed to be a joke it can be misleading to a lot of people.

Edit2: yep even I know that his comic trope is that of fake subtitles.but when you combine that with the otherwise condescending attitude throughout the video - it turns out to be a dangerous combination. Does he have the same vile attitude towards all countries across the world?
His race i.e. the US UK Spain Portugal Germany France Belgium have done terrible things to millions across the world. you can't throw stones at other people while living in glass houses, can you?
